Returns & Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we keep it simple and fair:
- Return Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns on clearance items, limited drops, or gift cards.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or if we made a shipping error. All other approved returns receive store credit or exchange.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
- Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll be notified by email once approved.
- Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
Email info@drvnlegacy.com with your order # and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit equal to the item’s value.
